CH-08-RV-Ⅱ brings 0.8HP water cooling into a 400 × 400 × 355 mm cabinet. Recessed side handles, a front digital controller and accessible water connections give buyers a clear layout to review when planning a tub-and-chiller package.
Select the electrical version for your destination, then match the tub, hoses and filtration arrangement to your project. The II-generation page brings the new cabinet photographs and configuration details together for your quotation.
Review the construction, operation, configuration options, and sourcing information needed before quotation.
The CH-08-RV-Ⅱ compact ice bath chiller brings the revised CH-08 platform into a 400 × 400 × 355 mm cabinet with side handles and an on-unit digital controller. It is a 0.8HP, cooling-only model for buyers who want a defined water-cooling package with straightforward local control.
The new model is listed separately from the original ProValue CH-08. Use the II-generation specifications and photographs on this page when requesting a quotation. The tub, electrical version and connection kit should be identified alongside the model so an older CH-08 configuration is not substituted into the order.
A compact cabinet helps when the equipment has to sit beside a tub, fit into a distributor’s product line or move through a restricted delivery route. The stated 400 × 400 mm footprint is the cabinet size, not the complete installation space. Leave room for the connected hoses, rear fan airflow, water access and removal for service.
The recessed side handles are visible in the new product photographs. Net weight is 25.2 kg for the 110–120 V version and 24.5 kg for the 220–240 V version. Plan handling for the actual unit weight; the handles do not make it a lightweight travel appliance. Use a stable, level position and keep the controller and electrical connections dry.
This compact ice bath chiller has two separately specified electrical configurations. Select 110–120 V / 60 Hz or 220–240 V / 50 Hz for the destination. These are separate versions, not a claim that one machine automatically accepts both supplies. Input power, weight and refrigerant charge must follow the selected column.
| Electrical specification | 110–120 V / 60 Hz | 220–240 V / 50 Hz |
|---|---|---|
| Listed input power | 0.900 kW | 0.800 kW |
| Listed cooling capacity | 2.0 kW | 2.0 kW |
| Net unit weight | 25.2 kg | 24.5 kg |
| Gross shipping weight | 29.6 kg | 28.8 kg |
| R32 charge | 230 g | 220 g |
Cooling capacity and electrical input are different measurements. The 0.8HP platform label is not a substitute for either figure. Ask for the operating conditions behind a cooling-performance quotation, and have the supply, plug and protective devices matched to the electrical version by an appropriate installer.
The specified water-temperature range is 3°C to ambient temperature, with an operating ambient range of 3–37°C. This is a single-cooling model. It does not actively heat the tub, produce ice or provide a hot-and-cold cycle. A lower setpoint is not a promise that every tub will reach it under every installation condition.
Working water volume, starting temperature, tub insulation, cover use, room temperature and ventilation affect the cooling task. A covered, insulated tub and an open uninsulated vessel are different loads. For a compact water chiller for ice bath use, request a cooling estimate for your actual setup rather than borrowing a time claim from another model.
The specification lists a 24 V, 65 W circulation pump with a 33 L/min flow figure and a plate heat exchanger. That flow figure describes the pump specification; it is not a guaranteed flow through an assembled tub, hoses, fittings and filter. The complete water loop still needs to be matched.
External filtration is listed without a filter cartridge. The supplied photographs show a separate transparent-bodied strainer, hoses and connector arrangements. Ask for those items to be named in the quotation and packing list. Do not order a cartridge by assumption or treat physical filtration as disinfection: this configuration has no ozone or other disinfection function.
The new photographs show the water ports, hand-operated connector collars and a connected inflatable-tub arrangement. Check the complete inlet-and-return route, the mating hose ends and service access before approving a package. A connection photograph does not establish that every existing tub has the same fitting standard.
Request a connection drawing with the quotation so the inlet and outlet, mating hose ends and any adaptors are identified together. The fitting standard should be confirmed for the destination setup; do not assume that visually similar connections are interchangeable. Follow the matching equipment instructions for filling, priming, draining and disconnecting the loop.
The front digital controller provides the on-unit interface. There is no WiFi, app timer or wired timer in the listed configuration. Buyers needing remote scheduling, heating or a different water-treatment package should compare another OMNI chiller platform rather than assume those features are included here.
The rear fan, side vents and water connections remain accessible in the photographed cabinet. Choose a location where staff can inspect the unit and service the water loop without dragging hoses or blocking the air path. The photographs taken on grass are product views, not evidence of a weatherproof or outdoor electrical rating.
Send the working water volume, starting and target temperatures, ambient conditions, insulation and cover details, and expected operating schedule. Include photographs or drawings of the tub connections. The unit is not assigned a universal maximum tub volume or guaranteed cool-down time on this page. For tub formats, review the cold plunge tub collection.
Specify CH-08-RV-Ⅱ, the electrical version, destination country, quantity and whether you need a chiller-only quotation or a named tub-and-connection package. Add any logo, label, manual or packaging requirements for review. MOQ, sample terms, delivery timing, packing dimensions and destination documents belong in the model-specific quotation; they are not fixed promises on this page.
Request a CH-08-RV-Ⅱ quotation with those inputs. If this is part of a private-label range, the OEM project route helps define the product, accessories and brand requirements together.
See the product functions, materials, and project support that matter before quotation.
The 400 × 400 mm cabinet footprint helps you plan equipment space beside a plunge tub. Recessed side handles provide practical grip points when positioning the unit for installation or service.
View the temperature and adjust settings using the front digital controller. The on-unit display and buttons keep the everyday control interface directly on the chiller.
The cooling configuration pairs a plate heat exchanger with a 24V, 65W circulation pump. Review the tub, hose, fitting and external-filtration arrangement together when building your equipment package.
Review the configuration, dimensions, materials, and technical details for this product.
Select the electrical configuration before comparing input power, weights and refrigerant charge. The two voltage versions are not interchangeable.
