Recovery equipment manufacturing for global B2B buyers

FOR BRANDS, DISTRIBUTORS & PROJECT BUYERS

See the production context. Confirm your exact configuration.

A cold plunge or sauna order is more than a product photo. Review the model, electrical version, materials and inspection requirements before you commit to a specification.

THE PRODUCT COMES FIRST

Different products need different questions.

OMNI Ice’s range includes cold plunge chillers, tubs and sauna rooms. The examples below show why a generic description cannot replace a model-specific specification.

COOLING SYSTEMS

Chiller configuration

Filter access, electrical supply and heating capability vary by model. Compare the named variant, not just a horsepower label.

A concrete product differenceThe chiller brochure lists an external filter for CHU-10-RV, while CHM-10-RV has an internal filter and a built-in self-priming circulation system.Source: Chiller Brochure, PDF pages 6 and 13. Brochure specification; the quoted configuration needs confirmation.

For your shortlist, confirm voltage and frequency, the actual connection dimensions, included accessories and the performance information relevant to your setup.

IMMERSION SYSTEMS

Tub construction & pack-out

Look beyond the outside dimensions. The bathing area, enclosure, finish and items supplied with the tub all belong in the agreed specification.

Same dimensions, different listsWT-13-1 and WT-13-2 are both listed at 1360 × 660 × 730 mm externally, with a 1300 × 600 × 680 mm tank. The WT-13-1 accessory list includes a chiller; the WT-13-2 list does not name one.Source: Cold Water Bathtub Product Catalog, PDF pages 19–20. An omitted item is not a statement that it cannot be supplied.

Confirm the exact tub version and package before comparing quotes. Include the cover, steps and chiller as separate items where applicable.

SAUNA SYSTEMS

Cabin, heater & controls

Cabin design and heating type are separate decisions. Start with the available space and how the room will be used, then identify the actual heater and electrical configuration.

Two heating directionsThe sauna catalog lists far-infrared models and stove-heated models as distinct configurations. Wood, glass, controls and accessories must be checked against the selected version.Source: Sauna Room Product Catalog 2026, including PDF pages 9 and 22. Product availability and heating configuration are confirmed for the selected cabin.

For a combined sauna-and-plunge project, review the two product specifications separately before agreeing their layout together.

MANUFACTURING CONTEXT

Look at the work behind the product.

The published galleries show equipment assembly and wooden cabin work as separate production activities. They are a useful starting point for a supplier conversation.

For your order, ask which site and process apply to the selected product, and which inspection records can be provided. A workshop image is not a substitute for a dated record tied to your model or batch.

Our company overview provides the wider business context. This page focuses on what to confirm for the product you intend to buy.

QUALITY EVIDENCE FOR YOUR ORDER

Agree the checks. Then review the record.

Use your inquiry to identify the evidence you need. The items below are a proposed review scope, not a claim that every product has already passed the same test or that every listed record is available.

Configuration & materials

Ask for the current model identification, electrical version, approved configuration and the materials specified for your tub or cabin. Confirm the accessory list separately from optional extras.

Useful evidence: a model-specific specification, relevant drawings and an agreed bill of supplied items.

Assembly & functional checks

For a chiller package, agree which water-connection, operating and control checks are relevant. For a tub or sauna, identify the construction, fit, finish and configuration checks that matter to the order.

Useful evidence: a dated inspection record identifying the unit or batch, method, conditions, result and reviewer.

Electrical & destination documents

Name the destination market and intended electrical version. Request confirmation of the available documents and the models they actually cover. A mark shown in a photograph is not evidence for every variant.

Useful evidence: identifiable documents with the covered model, applicant or holder, issuing body and relevant scope.

Package & dispatch checks

Agree how the product, accessories, labels and packaging will be checked against the approved specification. Ask for the packing details that matter to receiving and installation planning.

Useful evidence: the agreed packing list, unit identification and any inspection photographs included in the order scope.

FROM A SHORTLIST TO AN AGREED ORDER

Make the next decision specific.

The sequence below is a proposed buyer approval route. Actual sampling, inspection and release arrangements must be agreed for the project.

  1. Define the configuration

Start with the product family, destination, estimated quantity and intended use. Include an existing model reference if you have one.

  2. Agree the evidence

Identify the dimensions, electrical details, documents and acceptance checks needed for your purchase. Ask what can be provided before sample or order approval.

  3. Confirm the commercial scope

Review the quoted product, included items, branding, packaging and documentation together. Confirm price, MOQ, timing and after-sales terms in writing.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE BRIEF

Questions buyers often need answered.

Can I start without choosing a model?

Yes. Request a model recommendation and describe the intended use, destination and space or tub size. Mark unknown technical details as “not sure” so they can be clarified rather than guessed.

Can I ask for a catalog without requesting a quote?

Yes. Choose “Request a Catalog” and select the product family. That starts an information request, not an order or an OEM quote request. Detailed material is handled through the request, not a public download library.

Does a production photo prove the product is certified?

No. Certification and test-document applicability depend on the named product and electrical configuration. Ask for the relevant document and review its scope for your destination.

What if I already own the equipment?

For an existing order, use the after-sales information and Contact page. Safety information and necessary after-sales help do not require a catalog request or sales qualification step.

START WITH A REAL PROJECT BRIEF

What are you planning to buy?

Send the product family, destination, estimated quantity and the configuration or documents you need. If you are still choosing, tell us about your intended setup instead.
