Cold plunge parts · model compatibility before supply
Cold plunge parts can look similar while using different dimensions, connectors or electrical versions. Start with the equipment model and identify the existing component before requesting a replacement.

What needs replacing?
A useful first enquiry identifies the existing component and the equipment it belongs to. A similar-looking part is not a confirmed substitute.
Share the chiller model, housing arrangement, cartridge dimensions and end-cap shape if visible.
Show both ends, the installation position and any existing part reference. Do not infer thread size from a photo alone.
Provide the unit model and pump label where safely accessible. Power alone does not establish a compatible replacement.
For controllers, sensors or unidentified items, send the model, serial/order reference and a clear external photo.
Why the model matters
These brochure examples explain why one “universal” cold plunge replacement kit would be misleading.

CHU model tables identify external filters and an 88 W DC circulation-pump motor. Accessory lists differ between CHU-05 and larger CHU models.

The CHM-10 brochure lists an internal filter, built-in self-priming circulation and 10-inch filter elements in the accessory spread.

The accessory image contains several translated connector labels that require a current drawing before dimensions are used for replacement supply.

A hose or fitting may need to match the chiller, tub port, pump and installation route. Include both equipment references where relevant.
Prepare a useful parts request
You can start even if the part name is unknown. Use safe, external identification only.
Existing equipment support
Do not open electrical panels, defeat guards or run a pump dry to identify a component. A parts quotation is not required to ask for necessary support.
Include the order reference, model, issue description and any visible error information.
Open after-sales supportSend an external photo of the part in place and the equipment label. Do not dismantle the unit for identification.
Contact OMNI IceFor a new equipment order, ask which filters, seals or service items belong to the selected configuration.
